Where is Complete Cleaners located?
We have two stores in Trussville, AL, both on Gadsden Hwy (Hwy 11). Our main store, Tutwiler, is at 1940 Gadsden Hwy. Our sister store, Carrington, is at 8323 Gadsden Hwy a few miles up the same road.
What are your hours?
Tutwiler is open Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 2 PM, closed Sunday. Carrington is open Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 6 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you have a drive-thru?
Yes — both stores have a drive-thru. Pull up to the window, and a team member walks out to your car for drop-off and pickup. Tutwiler also has a walk-in lobby for customers who prefer to come inside.
Do you do alterations?
We do small repairs only — buttons, loose seams, and small mends. We do not currently offer full alterations like hemming or tailoring.
Do you clean leather or suede?
No, we no longer clean leather or suede as of 2026. We focus on dry cleaning, pressing, wedding gowns, comforters, rugs, fine wools and silks, sneakers, and stain removal.
Do you clean wedding gowns?
Yes — both pre-event cleaning and post-event preservation boxing. Bring the gown in at either location.
Are clothes sent out to another facility?
No. Everything is cleaned, pressed, stitched, and finished in-house at the Tutwiler workshop on a single press line. No third-party plants, no send-outs.
How long has Complete Cleaners been in business?
Since 1994. Founder John Patterson designed the original drive-thru-first store. Alex Yearout has owned the business since 2015.
